Obituary of Donna Currie

Currie, Margaret "Donna" (nee Clow) It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Margaret (Donna) Currie on Thursday Aug 15, 2019 in her 85th year. Loving wife to the late Raymond Currie (2010). Dear mother to the late Ken Currie (1985) and his wife Sandra (Webster) Currie (1989), and Greg and Margory Currie all of Guelph. Cherished and beloved grandmother of Shawn, Nathan, (Meghan), Brendon, Gillian, Chloe and treasured great-grandmother of Gwen, Damian, Ryleigh, Fionna, Kendall and Godmother of John Plater (Lisa) and Donna Mooney. Donna was the loving sister to Muriel (Doug) Allan, the late Marion (Arthur) Wheeler and the late Raymond Clow. She will be missed by all her cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. Donna was a successful well known and popular real estate agent in Guelph for over 30 years. Always taking a personal interest in everyone she met and enjoying the company of her many friends. Prior to real estate and early in Donna’s career she was one of the first female loans’ officer for The Royal Bank in Guelph and was an active member and elder for Westminster ST. Paul’s Church in Guelph for over 50 years. The family wishes to thank the Guelph General Hospital Emergency and Fifth floor, St. Joseph’s Palliative Care Unit and the staff at Stone Lodge.
