Obituary of Albert "Bert" Taylor
Peacefully at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at the age of 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Anne Taylor (Jones) (1999). Loved father of Norm (Judy) of Hamilton, Frank (Betsy) of Cambridge, Jim (Sharon) of Hamilton, Diana Joad (Rick) of Mitchell and Mary Ellen Joad (Dave) of Cambridge. Cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Dear brother to Roberta Briggras (Moris), Em Kelly, Jean Garrity (Jim) and the late Dorothy, George (Elsie) and Bill. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends especially dear friend Roberta MacAuley. Predeceased by a grandson Jamie. Bert served in the second world war with the British Royal Navy as a high submarine detector. A special thank you to all staff at Hospice Wellington that took care of dad during his last days.
