To Mary’s family: especially Laurie and Ryan,
I have some great memories of Mary (your Mom & Grandma). How she loved her pets and doted on them. She was a great cook and a fabulous gardener. She became a Master Gardener and donated many hours of volunteer time I’m sure to the Guelph area gardens. She got to travel and always brought home some treasures. A good sense of humor but very down to earth and didn’t mind giving you her opinion on things! Enjoyed a few glasses of wine with Mary, especially when Don was BBQing steak. I was sorry to miss the tours she and Don gave of their beloved church: Basilica of our Lady Immaculate. Mary was a painter and did beautiful embroidery and cross stitch. A very talented woman. I was glad to have them for dinner, great conversations and laughs. They took wonderful care of Laurie and Ryan when he was young. Love and hugs to you all. Photo I took of Laurie and her Mom at the Guelph Arboretum.
