Obituary of Allan Wayne King

KING, Allan Wayne.

Passed away at the Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at the age of 56 years.  Beloved son of Mary Lee & the late Gerry King.  Dear brother of Brian King(Josephine), Colin King and Norm Roy (Tami). Proud uncle of Austin. Survived by his uncles Bruce King (Audrey), Don McCrone (Sally) and Paul McCrone (Becky) and by many cousins, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his grandparents Lloyd & Grace McCrone and Helen & Frank King, his cousin Robert King, his aunts Ann White, Judy McCrone and Nancy King and uncles William McCrone and Richard King.

Allan was an avid sports fan and enjoyed the Blue Jays, Raptors, Maple Leafs, Guelph Storm and the Canadian Football League. He also spent time solving jigsaw puzzles, watching soap operas, and listening to music of all types.

The King family will receive their relatives and friends at the Brombal Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
