I remember Tom and his wonderful family inviting me to their home while I was playing for the Guelph Platers in 1985-86. I was from Antigonish and Tom was kind enough because of his connections to my home town, to invite me to have dinner and shares stories. He provided me a home away from home. My condolences to Merle,Patty, Jason and his entire family.
