Adams, Sam ~ Passed away in his 77th year on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at The Village of Riverside Glen with his family by his side. Sam was the beloved husband of Frances (2013), loving father of Debbie Muller (George) and awesome grandfather to Jason, Jodie (Alan) and Paige. Loving "Uncle Sam" to Mary Rose (Mike), Bette Jean, Corrine, Bonnie (Sid), Cindy (Ed), Kimberley (James), Shellie (Jon), Shannon (Rick) & Laura (Matt).
Retired at the age of 55 after 40 years of service from Imperial Tobacco, Dad spent his time being a proud and totally dedicated member of the Trillium Masonic Lodge & Guelph & District Shrine Club. Words cannot express my gratitude for all the support & guidance from the all the staff on Emma’s Neighbourhood and Dr, Kennedy at Riverside Glen, WWLIN (formerly CCAC) and the Alzheimer Society; your kindness, understanding and emotional support has been truly amazing. To my family and friends and Dad’s fellow lodge members and Shriners; thank you from the bottom of my heart for always being there for me from the beginning of Dad’s journey with dementia. Cremation has taken place.
