Obituary of Lynn Hunter

Hunter, Lynn (Madeline) ~ Lynn passed away peacefully, in her 97th year on February 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Morley (2010). Loving mother to John (Jan) and Nana to Katelyn (Stefano) and Alison (Bennett). Great grandmother to Lennox, Ian and Lochlan. Sister to Dora. Lynn was born in Winchmore Hill (north London), England. Her upbringing in London fostered her skill as an artist and fashion designer. However, the break out of war in 1940 found Lynn serving her country as a Wren in the Royal Navy. She was stationed in northern Scotland where she met Morley from Mount Forest, Canada. Lynn came to Canada in 1946 and spent the rest of her life residing in Guelph. She was a wonderful and very kind person who will be missed. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Shriners Hospital would be appreciated.
