Obituary of Jennie Enchin
Enchin, Jennie ~ Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on December 31, 2018 in her 89th year. Beloved daughter of the late Alex and Tillie Enchin, Dear sister to Barbara Stiebelman and to sister-in-law Norah Enchin. Beloved Aunt to Sherry and Michelle Stiebelman, to Mark, Judy and Philip Enchin. Dear Great Aunt to Jennifer, Jacklyn, Brooke and Erica Enchin. Predeceased by her brothers Ervin and David Enchin, sister-in-law Tina Enchin and brother-in-law Al Stiebelman.
Many thanks to the warm and kind staff on 3 North Blue Spruce Trail at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph where Jennie called her home for the past eight years. The staff and residents were important to Jennie as she looked forward to talking and interacting with them each day. Her outgoing personality and love of music and fun made her a delight to be with. She greeted everyone with a welcoming beautiful smile and friendly spirit – she was so special to everyone.
Thank you to the many friends and family who played a role in bringing happiness and fun to Jennie’s life throughout the years - your friendship and kindness will always be remembered.
Funeral Service will be held at Beth Isaiah Synagogue, 47 Surrey St. West, Guelph on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Rabbi Hillel Lavery-Yisraeli officiating. Interment in Beth Isaiah section at Woodlawn Memorial Park. There will be a reception following interment at GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph. Private Shiva.
