Obituary of Donald Baker

Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side at the Guelph General Hospital on July 12, 2012 at the age of 81. Beloved husband and best friend for over 60 years of Dora. Proud and devoted father of Dan (Ann), Wayne (Mariluz) and Cheryl Bennett. Cherished Grandpa of Emily, Candice (Ed), Allison, Kyle, Laura, Melissa, Katherine and Brian. Great Grandpa of Gregory, Bradley, Victoria, Zachery and Owen. Don was a member of Arkell United Church. His love of life included; his family, gardening, sports and "Grand Slams" in Bridge. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, 1 Delhi St., Guelph ( from 2 – 5 p.m. Sunday, July 15). Service to be held on Monday, July 16, 2012, 11 a.m. at Gilchrist Chapel with a private family interment at a later date.
