Obituary of Pandora Liadis
Liadis (Tsakalos), Pandora "Ritsa"
Passed away after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her family at Grand River Hospital on Thursday July 21st, 2016. She was in her 67th year. Loving wife of 49 years to Nikolaos Liadis. Cherished Mom to Mary (Stephen) Bronson and Amalia Liadis. Loving Yia-Yia to Alethea, Demitra and Aimee who will dearly miss their Yia-Yia. Survived by her sister Rena (Tsakalos) Roumeliotis of Mississauga and Eva (Tsakalos) Diamanths of Greece, predeceased by her brother George "Georgie" Tsakalos and by her parents Peter and Amalia Tsakalos.
Ritsa will be sadly missed by her family and many friends who all witnessed the strength and courage she displayed over the past 7 years.
The family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. (Trisagion Prayers at 3 p.m.) on Sunday July 24th at GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph, ON N1E 4J3 (519) 824-0031. The funeral will take place on Monday July 25th at 11:00 a.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 50 Dovercliffe Road, Guelph, ON.
